Medicinal Ingredients
Passionflower (passiflora incarnata, herb top), valerian (valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome), california poppy (eschscholzia californica, herb top), chamomile (matricaria chamomilla, flower), hops (humulus lupulus, strobile), motherwort (leonurus cardiaca, herb top).
Non-medicinal ingredients
Hypromellose (vegicap), organic maltodextrin.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. When used as a sleep aid, the full 2-capsule daily dose may be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
Warning/Caution
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
