General
Select“Login/Signup” at the top of the screen. You will need to enter your first name,last name, email address, and create a password to sign up.
Submit your order using our new web platform. Simply search by department or keyword, and select your desired items. Check out using our secure shopping cart. Easy as that!
Payment
All online orders currently accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and some debit cards.
Shipping and Pickup
We deliver nationwide using Canada Post. Some locations are subject to extra charges, including postal codes considered Air Stage Offices and Remote Locations.
Local pickup is available by shopping at store closest to you - please visit www.ambrosia.ca
We require 3-5 business days to process your order, and pick and pack it. If a longer time period is needed, we will contact you. Once it is out for shipment, you will be able to track it with Canada Post.
Delivery is free for orders over $99, exclusive of taxes. Dynamic shipping rates will be applied to orders under $99.
Exclusions to free shipping include postal codes considered Air Stage Offices or remote locations. Exclusions may also apply to oversize or overweight orders.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, Canada Post will bring it to the nearest post office or secure location. For security purposes, your package will not be left at your door.
Parcels that are returned to sender because of incorrect address information, or because they were not picked up, will be refunded the value of their order minus the shipping fee.
We will happily fill all reasonably-sized orders (big family? No problem!), but we reserve the right to refuse orders that are unreasonable in nature for typical personal use. We are also limited to shipping sizes and weights by Canada Post. If you process an order on the website that we're not prepared to deliver, our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss an acceptable alternative.
If your order is lost in transit by Canada Post, we will issue a full refund once Canada Post confirms that the package is indeed lost.
If you suspect that your order has been lost, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order number and any relevant shipping details.
We will initiate a lost package investigation with Canada Post on your behalf. This process typically involves Canada Post tracking the shipment and attempting to locate it.
Canada Post will conduct a thorough investigation. If they confirm that the package is lost, they will issue an official confirmation to us.
Once we receive confirmation from Canada Post that the package is lost, we will promptly issue a full refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
The investigation and confirmation process by Canada Post may take some time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
Refunds will only be issued once we receive official confirmation from Canada Post that the order is lost.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, so if you encounter any issues contact us and we'll take care of it!
You can order several units of the same item but please know that we will limit quantities of certain items at our discretion in order to ensure that other customers have the opportunity to purchase them.
