Refund Policy
RETURNS: ONLINE STORE
If you are not satisfied with an item you received, please call or email us within 24 hours of your delivery. A team member will be able to issue a credit to your original method of payment for any defective item or an item past its best-before date. Please note that we are unable to accept returns at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: IN-STORE AT ALL AMBROSIA LOCATIONS
We require receipts for all returns or exchanges. We regret that we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without a valid receipt.
Unopened items in original condition can be returned or exchanged in-store within the following timelines:
- Grocery - 14 days
- Supplements - 30 days
- Health and Beauty - 30 days
The following items are considered to be FINAL SALE and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:
- Perishable items, including meat, dairy, prepared foods, and produce
- Cosmetics
- Clothing
- Books
- Bulk foods
- Special orders
- Reduced or Clearance items
We may limit returns at our discretion of quantities in excess of three of the same item.
Refunds must be given in the original form of payment.
No exception. We reserve all rights.
