All online purchases are considered final sale.

Due to the nature of our online order fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased through our website once an order has been placed and processed.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order, including product selection, quantities, and shipping information, before completing their purchase.

Exceptions may be made only in the event that:

  • The item received is damaged during transit;
  • The incorrect item was shipped; or
  • The product is defective upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and may require photographs or additional information to assist with the investigation.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: IN-STORE AT ALL AMBROSIA LOCATIONS

We require receipts for all returns or exchanges. We regret that we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without a valid receipt.

Unopened items in original condition can be returned or exchanged in-store within the following timelines:

  • Grocery - 14 days
  • Supplements - 30 days
  • Health and Beauty - 30 days

The following items are considered to be FINAL SALE and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:

  • Perishable items, including meat, dairy, prepared foods, and produce
  • Cosmetics
  • Clothing
  • Books
  • Bulk foods
  • Special orders
  • Reduced or Clearance items

We may limit returns at our discretion of quantities in excess of three of the same item.

Refunds must be given in the original form of payment.
