Shipping Policy

Ambrosia is pleased to offer free standard shipping via Canada Post on all orders of $79.99 or more before taxes.  Dynamic shipping rates will be applied to orders under $79.99.

Exclusions to free shipping include postal codes considered Air Stage Offices or remote locations. Exclusions may also apply to oversize or overweight orders.

Please note that you must be home to receive your delivery. If you are not home during the delivery attempt, one of two things will happen:

1. If a Canada Post parcel locker is available and your parcel is appropriately-sized, it will be left in the locker and a key will be delivered to your mailbox.
   
2. A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox or affixed to your door. You must present yourself, with the delivery notice and government-issued photo ID, to the Canada Post location indicated on your delivery notice. Failure to do so within 10 days of attempted delivery will result in your parcel being sent back to us and we will deduct our round-trip shipping costs from your refund.
