Suggested Use
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Adults: 1/4 measuring capful (5 mL) 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a single dose (1/4 measuring capsule/5ml) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose (1/4 measuring capsule/5ml) a couple of hours prior to bedtime if necessary. Do not take more than ? measuring capful/10ml per day.
