Suggested Use
Adults (18 years and older) only: Take 1 serving, 1 time per day. Mix well with liquid and drink immediately.
Caution
Stop use if hypersensitivity / allergy occurs. For constipation / irregularity: Ask a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Do not use if you have fever or any undiagnosed gastrointestinal trouble.
