Green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract, 50% polyphenols - 75 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal-5′-⁠phosphate) - 67 mg
Butternut squash (Cucurbita pepo var. moschata) seed 4:1 extract - 15 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin and riboflavin-5′-⁠phosphate) - 15 mg
Inositol hexanicotinate, flush-free (vitamin B3) - 8 mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) - 6 mg
Molybdenum (from molybdenum citrate) - 200 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

DL-⁠Malic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non-⁠GMO vegetable capsule composed of carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Take 1 capsule per day with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Caution 

Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use in case of liver disorder or iron deficiency. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep away from children.

Contraindications

Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
