Directions for Use:
(Adults): 1 serving (3g), 3 times per day. Take 0.5 - 1 hour before meals and not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. Directions of Use: For each 3 grams of Multi-Action Clear Fibre, mix with at least 250 ml of water. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or esophageal blockage/obstruction of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since absorption of these products may be delayed.
