Each Capsule Contains: Medicinal Ingredients: PGX (PolyGlycoplex) 750mg [konjac (Amorphophallus konjac) (root), sodium alginate, xanthan gum] Medium chain triglycerides 600mg Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, annatto, carob), yellow beeswax, lecithin.

Suggested Use
Stir 1–2 packets into 375–500 mL of cold water or juice. Drink additional water (375–500 mL) after taking PGX®. Begin with 1 packet and gradually increase over several days as tolerated. Up to 2 packets 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal results or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to obtain the desired results. Keep out of the reach of children.
