Suggested Use
Adults: Shake the bottle well before using. Take 5 ml (1 tsp) in water or herbal tea, 3-4 times daily. Keep refrigerated and use within six weeks of opening.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications or if you have a medical condition. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use of laxative. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Unless advised by a health care practitioner, do not use for more than 1 week at a time. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if abdominal cramps, spasms, and/or pain occur or if you experience diarrhea. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have kidney disorders, gallstones, hemorrhoids, irritable bowel conditions, bowel obstruction/inflammation, if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae family.
