Description
MEDICINAL INGREDIENT:
KSM-66 Ashwagandha® root extract (12:1)........................300 mg
(3.6 g Withania somnifera dried root, 5% withanolides)
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose and magnesium stearate.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Adults 19 years+: Take 1 capsule twice daily. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
CAUTIONS:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you 1) are pregnant or breastfeeding 2) have any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression.
For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
Sleep quality: Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effect.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
