Medicinal Ingredients (per 4 capsules)

Ashwagandha 250 mg; Relora 500 mg: Magnolia officinalis 137.52 mg, Phellodendron amurense 45 mg; Bacopa monnieri 300 mg, Curcumin 200 mg, Cordyceps sinensis 100 mg, Phosphatidylserine 50 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, sodium benzoate, dextrin, starch and ascorbyl palmitate. Capsule: hypromellose

Suggested Use

Take two capsules, twice a day, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For cognitive health/brain function/ memory: take two capsules, twice daily. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Caution

This product contains corn allergens. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medications, antidepressants or antianxiety medications, antiplatelet medication or blood thinners, if you suffer from any psychological disorder or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression, if you have exterior pathogens/conditions, if you have a kidney disorder, blood pressure problems, diabetes, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid taking with alcohol or products with sedative properties. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. May cause heartburn, shaking hands, perilabial numbness, sexual dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction and digestive problems.
