Cassia cinnamon (bark, Cinnamomum aromaticum) 10:1 extract equivalent to 1000mg of dry bark 100mg
Fenugreek (seed, Trigonella foenum-graecum) 10:1 extract equivalent to 750mg of dry seed 75mg
Grape seed extract (seed, Vitis vinifera) extract standardized to 95% OPCs 75mg
Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) 20mg
Zinc (zinc citrate) 3mg
Chromium (chromium polynicotinate) 166mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate.
Directions:
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 2 times per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For optimal results take for a minimum of 1 month. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
