Back Castor Oil Pack

Ingredients:
 Inner layer: 100% organic cotton
This cozy layer of high quality, unbleached organic cotton touches your skin with Castor Oil.
Outer layer: 100% polypropylene
'Less-mess’ layer designed to hold in natural body heat, made of the same material as food-safe containers like yogurt cups. 
Straps: 100% nylon
Soft and stretchy, designed to comfortably wrap around any body size and hold your pack in place. 

How to use :

• Apply Castor Oil
  Pour 1-2 tbsp of Castor Oil onto the soft side of your pack.
  Spread evenly avoiding over-saturation.
• Place & Secure Your Pack
  Position the Back Packs over each your mid-to-lower back, soft side facing your skin.
  Adjust for a snug yet comfortable fit, ensure full coverage of the target area.
• Wear & Relax
  Wear your pack for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  Use this time to unwind, meditate, or enjoy a moment of stillness.
  Wash as needed and replace inserts every 2-3 months.
• Maintain Your Pack
  After use, store your pack in a clean, dry place.
  Replace your pack after approximately 60 uses for ease of use, comfort and personal hygiene.
