Vitex 400mg

Vitex or Chaste tree is a traditional woman's dietary supplement. Vitex is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman's cycle.

Medicinal Ingredient:

Vitex agnus-castus (fruit)     -    400mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate, silica.

Suggested Use
Adults take 1 capsule 2 times daily with water at mealtimes. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects. Warning Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone-containing medication such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy. Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
