Medicinal Ingredients:
Black Cohosh (root) - 540 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules once or twice daily. May be used up to 6 months. Warning Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as weakness, unusual fatigue, yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine and / or abdominal pain. Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have hormone sensitive conditions or cancer to the breast, uterus, or ovary. Notes Recommended Use: Traditionally used to help relieve menopausal symptoms.
