Description
GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain that plays a role in motor control, vision, and anxiety. Research has shown that GABA has a positive impact on cortisol levels and may be helpful initiating sleep. In one study, GABA levels in people with insomnia were almost 30% lower than in people without the sleep disorder. GABA binds to benzodiazepine receptors resulting in a safe anxiolytic effect. It helps slow down feelings of fear and stress when neurons become over excited by reducing the activity of the neurons that it binds to.

GABA (gamma-Aminobutyric acid) - 500mg.

Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule.
Suggested Use (adult dosage)
