Medicinal Ingredients (each capsule contains)
KSM-66® (ashwagandha extract, withania somnifera) root, 12:1, 5% withanolides - 300mg.
L-Theanine - 100mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule.
Directions (adult dosage)
Take one (1) capsule, two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
