Description
KOYO Umeboshi Plum Paste is made from fresh Umé plums that have been macerated with salt and shiso leaves. These marinated plums are then pureed and served as condiment with rice dishes and sushi. Its tangy, salty taste adds a je ne sais quoi to your recipes for sauces, marinades, vinaigrettes and more.
Ingredients : Japanese plums (umé), red shiso (perilla), sea salt.
