Medicinal Ingredients:
Alcohol Free Concentrated Extract of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 450 mg (1.8 mg Valerenic acid derivatives) Each 2 capsules contains 1600 mg dry herb equivalent.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Vegetable glycerin, vegetable cellulose (capsule).
Suggested Use
Take 1-3 capsules daily, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Store away from children. Do not use if seal is broken.
