Suggested Use
Take 1-3 tablets daily, at or before bedtime. For use beyond 4 weeks consult a health care practitioner. See further cautions below. Cautions: Do not take if you're taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
