Brined started in the summer of 2019 as a pilot project. Brined's goal was straightforward - to create the world’s best pickles. Brined knew that to make the best pickles, Brined needed the best ingredients - locally grown organic cucumbers, pure water, and the finest wildcrafted spices Brined could get their hands on, and that’s it - no preservatives, no compromises, and no shortcuts.
