Recommended Use
Apply topically to the desired area and massage into skin. 5 sprays contains approximately 315mg of magnesium chloride, delivering 70mg of elemental magnesium.
Caution
For external use only. If you have sensitive skin, or if redness or a stinging sensation occurs after use, dilute the product with water, or apply to wet skin. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
