Vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol) 5mcg (200IU)
Vitamin b5 (d-pantothenic acid) 12.5mg
Vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2.5mg
Vitamin b12 (methylcobalamin) 2.5mcg
Zinc (zinc oxide) 7.5mg
Magnesium (magnesium glycinate) 37.5 mg
Folate (l-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 100mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Nu-MAG, Nu-Flow ( rice extract, rice hulls, gum arabic, sunflower oil), Maltodextrin, Hypromellose (veggie caps).
Suggested Use (adult dosage)
Take one capsule in the morning and one capsule early afternoon or two capsules in the morning, with or without food.
Cautions
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anti-depressants, birth control or if you are on hormone replacement therapy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Known adverse reaction: may cause irritability and insomnia in which case discontinue use.
Contraindications
If you have bi-polar or bi-polar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. Keep out of reach of children.
