Ambrosia Organic Kamut Flour is a stone-ground wheat flour with a rich taste. This 454 g pack suits pizza crusts, flatbreads and pasta recipes that call for Kamut flour.

A stone-ground protein packed rich tasting variety of wheat. In baking, produces a dense crumb, and does not rise well, therefore it does not substitute equally in any recipe calling for whole wheat. Works well in pizza crust, flatbreads and pastas, but not in high-rise baking.
