King Soba Buckwheat Noodles are organic and wheat & gluten-free. Despite its name, this product is made from a seed related to rhubarb and sorrel. It has been proven to be high in protein, fiber, and minerals such as magnesium. This noodle is considered to be a low glycemic index food and works well in the GI (Glycemic Index) diet.
