Medicinal Ingredients (each capsule contains):
Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) 10 mcg (400 IU), Melatonin 1.5 mg, Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) 41.5 mg, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 50 mg, L-Theanine 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide
Free of gluten, sugar, and artificial colour.
How to Use
Adults 18 years and older: Take 2 capsules once daily, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking this product.
Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Cautions:
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take medications for seizure, blood pressure, immune suppression, sedation, steroids, or blood thinners, or if you have cardiovascular disease, immune disorder, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma, or diabetes. If sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not consume with alcohol or other products that cause drowsiness.
Known adverse reactions: Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea.
