Description
Mullein is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints such as catarrh, coughs, and bronchitis. Mullein has been used traditionally for centuries in the Western herbal tradition, especially for coughs but also for its ability to detoxify by way of the lymphatic channels. Besides its ability to relieve coughs, mullein has antimicrobial properties that aid in the resolution of respiratory infections, including several strains of influenza A and B viruses.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml)
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus, flower spike) 1000 mg QCE fresh (1:1) OR 250 mg QCE dry (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Distilled water Alcohol
Suggested Use
Dosage: Adults: Take 0.8-1.3 ml (25-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner is symptoms worsen or persist.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
