Directions:
Helps maintain and support the immune system. A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps to maintain healthy bones, hair, nails and skin.,Children 4 years and older chew 1 gummy daily. Adults and adolescents 9 years and older chew 1–2 gummies daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
