Suggested Use
Dosage: Adults and adolescents = 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken.
