Ingredients
4 g Instant Inulin (Chicory root fiber), 100 mg of vegan digestive enzymes: amylase (7,667 DU), lactase (1,278 ALU), lipase (1,150 FIP), neutral protease (319 PC), cellulase (64 CU).
Suggested Use
1 tsp. 1-3 times daily. Slowly add to at least 125ml of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold).
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking anti-inflammatory or other enzyme products, have diabetes or galactosemia, have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents or before having surgery. Discontinue use and consult practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. May cause headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy), in which case discontinue use. Initial increase in gas and flatulence which subsides with continued use. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (gas, bloating, cramps) and hypersensitivity.
