Description
A Firm and creamy English cheddar that is matured 200 feet underground in the Wookey Hole Caves in the Mendip Hills. The constant temperature and humidity of the cave enable it to age and take on the distinctive earthy and nutty flavours from the atmosphere. It is made entirely by hand from the salting of the curds to the bandaging of the cheese cloth.
