Riboflavin (riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium) 0.43 mg
Thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride) 0.38 mg

Directions
Take 1 packet 1 time per day. Dissolve in 250 mL of water or to taste. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
