Suggested Use

Adults 19 years and older: Start with approximately half a teaspoon daily. Gradually increase to 1–2 teaspoons as needed.

Stir powder into a small amount of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir again until fully dissolved. Fill the cup with hot or cold water and enjoy.
