Magnesium (magnesium citrate, calcium magnesium citrate) - 300 mg
Hydrolyzed collagen (porcine) - 200 mg
Manganese (gluconate) - 7 mg
Boron (aspartate) - 700 mcg
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) - 45 mcg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 10 mcg / 400 IU
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Purified water, sorbitol, citric acid, natural strawberry flavour, a fruit and vegetable blend, natural flavour, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, and stevia leaf extract.
Suggested Use
Shake vigorously before each use. Adults should take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day with food, and it should be taken a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
