Black elder extract (Sambucus nigra, Fruit) 164 mg (8:1, QCE 1.31 g); Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Suggested Use
For daily immunity (All ages): Dissolve 1 packet in 100-200 mL of water. Take once a day. For cold and flu symptom relief: Ages 4 - 9: Dissolve 1 packet in 100-200 mL of water. Take once a day. Ages 10 - 13: Dissolve 1 packet in 100-200 mL of water. Take 2 times a day. Ages 14+ years: Dissolve 1 packet in 100 - 200 mL of water. Take 3 times a day.
Caution
Consult a health care professional prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children under 4. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occur. Diuretic effect may occur.
