Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride)... 25 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium)... 25 mg, Vitamin B3 (Inositol hexanicotinate)... 100 mg, Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-pantothenate, D-Pantethine)... 300 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate monohydrate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride)... 50 mg, Folate (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium salt).. ..200 mcg, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)... 1000 mcg, Biotin... 100 mcg, Myo-inositol (Inositol hexanicotinate, Inositol)... 200 mg, Choline (Choline bitartrate)... 200 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
DL-Malic acid, Stevia leaf extract, Xanthan Gum, Glycerin, Potassium sorbate, Xylitol, Natural mixed berry flavour, Natural blueberry flavour, Purified water.
Recommended dose: Adults: 15ml 1 time per day. Shake well before each use. Use the calibrated measuring cup provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
