Fenugreek seed extract 4:1 (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (dry equivalent 1 040mg) 260mg, Flax lignan standardized to 50% secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) 100mg, Silicon (silicon dioxde) 40mg, Iron (ferric citrate) 20mg D-calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 10.4 mg, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) 10.3mg, Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6) 2mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.6mg, Folic Acid 95mcg, Biotin 250mcg
Non- Medicinal Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate and colloidal silicon dioxide in a 100% vegetable capsule
Suggested Use
Adult women: take one capsule twice a day with food for the first three months. Then take one capsule per day with food as a maintenance dose or as directed by a health care practitioner. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner if elevated blood lipid levels persist or worsen. People sensitive to niacin may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Discontinue use if you experience hypersensitivity to flax, such as an allergy (may occur in rare cases). Because of the iron content some people may experience constipation, diarrhea and/or vomiting. Keep away from children.
