Magnesia phosphorica is a homeopathic remedy indicated in all cases of neuralgic pain, nervous spasms and muscle cramps. It can improve the physical and mental resistance by providing relief of nerves and relaxation. It also helps relieve travel sickness. Adjuvants to homeopathy, Dr. Schüssler Biochemical Mineral Salts are a set of 12 mineral salts diluted and energized according to the Hahnemann method. These 12 mineral salts are closely related to the physiology of the human body and are important to the function of cellular metabolism. These mineral salts act primarily on the terrain, or constitution, of the patient. Their action is not quantitative but qualitative. The choice of mineral salt is made according to the most important deficiency to be corrected. For the treatment to produce optimal effect, you have to choose the right mineral salt.
Dosage: Adults and children from 12 years old: allow tablets to dissolve in the mouth. 2 tablets, 1 to 4 times per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Infants and children (0-11 years old): for children older than 5 years, allow tablet to dissolve in the mouth. 1 tablet, 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Dissolve tablet in a small amount of water before administration to children under 5.
