Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule)

Vitamin C Derived from a blend of four mineral ascorbates: magnesium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, sodium ascorbate and potassium ascorbate - 500mg
Citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus sinensis) fruit - 150mg
Sea buckthorn extract (Hippophae rhamnoides) fruit, 4:1 - 125mg
Rutin (quercetin-3-rutinoside) - 25mg
Zinc (zinc citrate) - 625mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients 

Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule. 

Suggested Use

Adults - Take two (2) capsules per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Drug Interactions

Caution advised when used concurrently with any prescription medication including blood thinners and any other medications or natural health products that could increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
