Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 25.2 mcg/1001 IU, Boron (from boron citrate) 700 mcg, Calcium (from calcium citrate malate) 1000 mg, Chromium (from chromium picolinate) 100 mcg, Copper( from copper citrate) 1 mg, Iodine (from potassium iodide) 150 mcg, Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate, oxide) 420 mg, Manganese ( from manganese bisglycinate) 2.3 mg, Molybdenum (from Na molybdate) 45 mcg, Potassium (from potassium chloride, iodide) 98 mg, Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 55 mcg, Potassium (from potassium chloride) 98.7 mg, Silicon (HVP chelate from soy) 50 mg, Vanadium (from vanadium citrate) 18 mcg, Zinc (from zinccitrate) 11 mg.
Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate, citric acid, glycine, l-aspartic acid, magnesium trisilicate, rice and soy flour, tapioca dextrin and hydroxypropyl cellulose. Capsule: hypromellose.
Suggested Use
Take up to 7 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.
Cautions : Some people may experience diarrhea. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains soy and corn, do not use if you have soy and/or corn allergy.
