Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablespoon contains: 400mg of Calcium (Aquamin™)*, 200mg of Magnesium (Aquamin™*, citrate), 20mg of Potassium (citrate), 350mcg of Bore (citrate), 500IU/12.5mcg of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 20mcg of Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7)
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural orange flavour and potassium sorbate.
Recommended dose: Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 tablespoon twice daily, with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Risk information: Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day.
