Description
Ingredients (per tablet)
Iron (iron bisglycinate) 29 mg, Thiamin (thiamin mononitrate) 5 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 5 mg, Copper (HVP† chelate) 1 mg, Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate††) 600mcg, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 350 mcg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, L-glycine, succinic acid, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Use for up to 3 months or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Caution
If pregnant or breastfeeding or taking medications, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
