B-Complex Liquid

B-Complex liquid offers a comprehensive blend of B vitamins packed into a convenient liquid delivery form, designed to support overall health. The B vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, pantothenic acid, and vitamins B₆ and B₁₂ play important roles in nearly all of the physiological systems in the body. They are essential to basal mitochondrial function as metabolic coenzymes, playing a key role in energy production and nutrient metabolism. B vitamins also act as methyl donors in a variety of key biochemical reactions. Riboflavin has additional roles in helping to maintain healthy mucous membranes, normal iron metabolism and normal red blood cells, while vitamins B₆ and B₁₂ support red blood cell formation. Furthermore, vitamin B₁₂ helps in the normal function of the immune system.

Medicinal Ingredients (per teaspoon [5 ml])

Thiamine (B1) (thiamine hydrochloride) -  3.5 mg
Niacinamide (B3) -  10 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) -  4 mg
Vitamin B12 (formulated with methylcobalamin) - 0.5 mg
Pantothenic Acid (B5) (calcium d-pantothenate) - 10 mg
Riboflavin (B2) (riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium) - 3 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, glycerin, apple juice concentrate, strawberry fruit juice concentrate, natural lemonade and orange flavours, citric acid, xanthan gum, potas-sium sorbate, purified stevia leaf extract.

Suggested Use 

Adults, adolescents and children (4 years and older): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
