Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule)

Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) (6:1) - 300 mg (Equivalent to 1.8 g of valerian root, standardized to 0.8% total valerenic acids)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin and hypromellose.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose (1 capsule) during the evening if necessary.

Cautions

Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
