Description
Organic low FODMAP fibre sourced from guar gum provides relief for IBS and intestinal discomfort such as diarrhea, constipation, gas and bloating. Fibres such as psyllium, inulin, bran and wheat are high FODMAP short-chained fermentable carbohydrates which are troublesome for IBS and the digestive system. WomenSense FibreSense is tasteless, colourless, and odourless and dissolves rapidly in water, without grit.
