Suggested Use 

Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1 - 2 times per day. Allow at least 6-12 hours for laxative effects to occur. Take a single dose at bedtime, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products, two to three times per week. Frequency of use may be increased up to once daily if results are not observed.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or other medications or health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, or are taking cardiac medications (e.g. cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications). Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician prior to use if you have feacaI impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Reduce dose or stop use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea. If new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. If you are taking prescription medications, consuIt a healthcare practitioner prior to use.

Contraindications

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic boweI, appendicitis, inflammatory coIon disease (e.g. Crohn s disease or ulcerative coIitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectaI bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolyte’s, hemorrhoids or diarrhea.

Known adverse reactions: Stop use if diarrhea, abdominal pain, urn, nausea or vomiting occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity/aIIergic reactions.
