Each capsule contains:  Garlic extract root, 2% allicin 150mg, Hawthorn extract (leaf/flower, 18.75%OPCs) 100mg, Grape seed extract 95% OPCs 94mg, Magnesium (bisglycinate) 56mg, Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) 50mg, Policosanol (sugar cane wax) 60% octacosanol 5mg, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 250mcg, Folic acid 200mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients

Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.

Suggested Use
Adults - Take 2 capsules 2 times per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take for a minimum of 2 months for optimum effect. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Cautions and Warnings: Caution advised during pregnancy and breastfeeding and with medical conditions including diabetes and blood clotting disorders. Drug interactions: Caution advised when used concurrently with anticoagulants such as warfarin, anti-platelet medications such as acetylsalicylic acid, blood pressure medications, protease inhibitors or cardiac glycosides such as digitalis and digoxin. User should discontinue if hypersensitivity to garlic occurs.
