Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule)

Iron ((II) bisglycinate Ferrochel / Diglycinate de fer (II) Ferrochel) - 18 mg
Folate (Folic acid / Acide folique) - 200 mcg
Vitamin/ e B12 (Methylcobalamin/ Methylcobalamine) - 100 mcg
Vitamin/ e C (Ascorbic acid/ acide ascorbique) - 50 mg
Vitamine/e B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride/ chlorhydrate de pyridoxine) - 25 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, sunflower lecithin and beeswax.

Vegetarian Capsule Ingredients

Hypromellose (from woodpulp), chloropyll

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

One (1) capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
