Organic barley grass powder, ferment media (organic soy flour, organic Saccharomyces cerevisiae, organic alfalfa powder, papain [deactivated], bromelain [deactivated], lactic acid bacteria [Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus], organic coating (organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm, organic guar gum) and silica.

Suggested Use (adult dosage)
Take 3 tablets daily with 250ml of water in the middle of a larger meal. For best results, take one tablet with lunch and two tablets with dinner.
